Welcome to our Country Kitchen.

Proudly producing baked goods at our farm house for the past 25 years for sale at The Peterborough and District Farmers’ Market. We use unbleached organic spelt and wheat flour. Offering a wide variety of breads, cookies, scones, tea biscuts and our speciality Maple Syrup Butter Tarts. We produce our own Maple Syrup and use it as a sweetner in our breads. To avoid trans fats we now use butter in all our pastries.
